1. How do I initiate a return, and what are the requirements?
To start a return, email us at artist_One@me.com with your order details. Once approved, send the item to:

To be eligible for a return:
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Can I return or exchange any item?
We accept returns for eligible items but do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
To exchange an item:
- Initiate a return for the original item.
- Once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
This ensures faster processing and availability of your desired item.
3. What if my item is damaged, incorrect, or I haven’t received my refund?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at artist_One@me.com immediately with photos. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
All shipped items are insured up to $250. If a return is necessary, it must be sent to the address above.
For refunds, once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
