Leave Your Mark on Reno’s Creative Legacy

Join Artist_One for I AM ART Mirrors Reno—a one-day interactive art experience launching a powerful, evolving mirror mural in honor of 30 years of Artown and Reno’s creative spirit.

On July 11, community members are invited to stop by and add a word, symbol, or reflection to the mural-in-progress during this kickoff event at the Downtown Reno Public Library. This collaborative piece will grow and transform in the weeks that follow, capturing the voices, stories, and artistic expressions of Reno through a collective Dreamscape.

In Celebration of 30 Years of Artown

This installation is part of Artown’s 30th anniversary celebration—marking three decades of creativity, community, and culture in Reno. As a tribute to that legacy, Artist_One will take the community’s contributions and expand the mural into a completed work of public art.

Once finalized, I AM ART Mirrors Reno will be permanently donated to the Downtown Reno Public Library, becoming a lasting symbol of Reno’s evolving identity and the power of participation through art.
