At I AM ART, we believe creativity is a shared language—one that thrives through connection, compassion, and community.
But before a painting begins…

People need something even more fundamental.
They need to eat.
This holiday season, I AM ART is proud to support the Food Bank of Northern Nevada in helping ensure that no one in our community goes hungry. With families facing increasing food insecurity, every act of generosity has the power to change a life.
Right now, every $1 donated helps provide six meals, giving children, seniors, veterans, and families access to the nourishment they need.
At I AM ART, this mission is deeply personal.
Whenever possible, our interactive art experiences include free meals for participants because we believe creativity flourishes when people’s basic needs are met. Art is more than expression—it is connection, healing, and hope. And hope is difficult to create on an empty stomach.
That same belief extends beyond our events and into our communities.
We’re also incredibly proud of one of our own, Ashley Milliken, who helped lead this spirit of service from Tennessee. This past year, Ashley coordinated an effort that helped provide complete Thanksgiving dinners for more than a dozen local families in her community. She personally harvested the wild game that became the centerpiece of each meal, while Rise Up Agency Inc., I AM ART, and generous community supporters came together to provide the remaining ingredients and traditional side dishes needed to create complete Thanksgiving dinners.
Although our organizations are headquartered on the West Coast, our mission reaches wherever our team members call home. Whether serving families in Tennessee, supporting food security in Northern Nevada, or bringing interactive art experiences to communities across the country, we believe kindness has no borders.
It wasn’t simply about providing food.
It was about reminding people they matter.
Because every family deserves a place at the table.
And every person deserves the opportunity to create.
